Trick Flow® GenX® 225 Cylinder Heads are meticulously engineered for GM LS2 6.0L engines, offering a significant boost in performance for both cars and trucks. These heads are fully CNC-machined to optimize airflow and enhance engine efficiency. The design features an innovative alteration of the valve angles from 15° to 13.5°, effectively reducing valve shrouding and improving mid-lift airflow while ensuring ample rocker arm-to-valve cover clearance.
To enhance high-rpm valvetrain stability, additional material has been strategically placed at the rocker arm mounting points. The relocated spark plugs in the CNC-profiled combustion chambers contribute to improved mid-lift airflow and increase casting rigidity, making them ideal for extreme horsepower applications. The heads come with top-of-the-line CNC Competition Ported runners, featuring a premium high-resolution surface finish that maximizes flow and overall performance.
Trick Flow GenX 225 cylinder heads are emissions-legal under CARB E.O. #D-747 for 1997-present GM vehicles equipped with 4.8L, 5.3L, 5.7L, and 6.0L engines. They are available either fully assembled or as bare castings, sold individually, making them a versatile choice for enthusiasts seeking unmatched performance and reliability.
