Corvette enthusiasts can now upgrade their worn-out Magna-Pulse distributors with the precision-engineered Pro-Billet Tach Drive Distributor from MSD. This distributor boasts several advantages, including an accurate magnetic pick-up, oversized shaft, vacuum advance, and a billet aluminum housing.
Within the billet housing, a 0.500″ steel shaft, guided by a sealed ball bearing and long sintered bushing, ensures high RPM accuracy. A specially designed reluctor mounted on this shaft triggers the magnetic pick-up.
Featuring an adjustable mechanical advance assembly, this distributor allows you to optimize your Vette’s engine performance by tailoring a custom timing curve to suit your application.
The compact tach drive assembly is designed to clear the firewall and linkage, offering easy repositioning for various applications. Additionally, it includes a grease fitting for lubrication.
