The MPI LM Stock Car Steering Wheel is designed to offer exceptional performance at a budget-friendly price, while still incorporating MPI’s advanced safety technologies. This wheel benefits from MPI’s renowned safety features, including the MPI Safety™ u-channel and double rivets technology, ensuring a reliable and secure option for stock car racing.
Safety remains a top priority with the LM model. The inner structure is engineered to deform upon high impact, effectively absorbing forces and reducing the impact on the driver’s upper body, thus providing a significant safety advantage. The inner foam injection boasts the highest vibration absorption rate in the industry, enhancing driver comfort and control.
The LM model features an oval-shaped grip designed for a natural, comfortable hold. Two versions are available to meet different racing requirements: the MPI-LM-15, constructed from steel, is suitable for NASCAR sanctioned events, while the MPI-LM-15-A, made from aluminum, is ideal for non-NASCAR sanctioned events and excels at local tracks.
The suede covering offers a high-grip feel, reducing the effort needed to hold the wheel and improving driver feedback. MPI Orange™ markers provide a clear visual reference for the steering wheel’s position, assisting both the driver and crew chief.
Each LM steering wheel is individually serial numbered for traceability and includes a super light center pad for added driver protection. Made with MPI’s dedication to detail and quality in Italy, this wheel combines durability, safety, and performance.
