Eliminate suspension slop and binding with this complete Shock Ball Link Set. Designed for the heavy-duty Losi 1/5 Scale platforms (DBXL and MTXL), these are the metal pivot balls (often called “hollow balls”) that press into the plastic rod ends at the top and bottom of your shock absorbers.
In large-scale vehicles, the suspension carries massive weight. Over time, the constant friction wears these metal balls down, or they become pitted from sand and dirt. This causes “play” in the suspension or sticky movement. Replacing them ensures your shocks articulate freely and smoothly, allowing the dampening to do its job correctly.
