The K&N 63-1140 AirCharger air intake system replaces the restrictive factory air intake housing and air filter in select CAN-AM models, providing a significant boost in performance. Engineered to reduce intake restriction, K&N intakes optimize airflow by smoothing and straightening it, allowing your engine to inhale more air for increased power and acceleration throughout the RPM range. The system features a custom molded intake tube that directs air into the fuel injection system, maximizing performance potential. The 63-1140 includes a K&N high-flow air filter housed in an enclosed filter housing to shield it from the elements, ensuring optimal airflow and engine protection. This oversized, cone-shaped air filter is both washable and reusable, offering long-term value without compromising on protection.
Installation of the 63-1140 is straightforward, taking 90 minutes or less with common tools: a wrench, two torx screwdrivers (T30 and T15), a flat blade screwdriver, and a ratchet set. Note: This air intake cannot be sold or used in California or states following California emission standards.
