Engineered for both the ’20-’21 AFM and ’22-’24 DFM valve configurations, this Cat-Back™ system does not include NPP dual mode exhaust valves. The S-Type sound level strikes the perfect balance, delivering an aggressive tone with depth, providing an exhilarating driving experience without any unwanted drone.
BORLA®’s commitment to innovation shines through with the incorporation of Polyphonic Harmonizer and SwitchFire™ technology. The Polyphonic Harmonizer utilizes patented units, featuring pipes of different diameters and lengths, creating a symphony of exhaust notes that harmonize to produce a clean, rich, and full-bodied sound. The SwitchFire™ design, an industry-first, eliminates the turbulent center intersection of a standard X-Pipe, seamlessly blending combustion pulses from both sides of the engine. The system includes strategically placed heat shielding to safeguard your Corvette from exhaust heat damage, ensuring durability and protection. It comes equipped with 4″ bright chrome tips on T-304 stainless steel, offering a sleek and polished appearance. Alternatively, you can opt for black chrome tips (Part No. 140840BC) or Carbon Fiber tips (Part No. 140840CF) to personalize your Corvette’s aesthetic.
Constructed from premium T-304 stainless steel, this Cat-Back™ system is built to last and is backed by BORLA®’s Million Mile Warranty. The system ships in two boxes for convenient installation.
Please note that after the BORLA® system installation, recalibration of the controllers for the AFM/DFM valves is recommended, following GM Document ID 5406413. BORLA® suggests visiting your nearest Chevrolet dealer for exhaust valve recalibration services.
