B&M’s Hi-Tek deep transmission pans are crafted from A356-T6 hardened aluminum, featuring thick internal and external fins for enhanced strength and superior cooling properties. The deep pan design significantly increases fluid capacity by 3.67 quarts over the stock O.E. (original equipment) pan. These features work together to efficiently dissipate heat, resulting in lower transmission and fluid temperatures and extending the life of the transmission.
This popular pan is equipped with a drain port featuring a magnetic drain plug for easy and clean servicing. Additionally, it includes a 1/8-inch NPT (national pipe thread) temperature sensor port, allowing for the straightforward addition of a temperature gauge to monitor transmission temperatures during daily driving, towing, or racing. The package comes with detailed instructions for a hassle-free installation.
