Originally conceived with NASCAR in mind, the 6ALN is equipped with the 6-Pin Deutsch connector to comply with NASCAR’s ignition wiring rule. This specialized connector ensures a secure, positive locking connection with individual seals to prevent dirt and moisture infiltration. All primary wiring in the MSD system adheres to MIL-86A specifications, featuring special tinned conductors for superior crimps. Housed within a robust cast aluminum casing, the 6ALN incorporates multiple sparking CD circuits encased in a clear two-part silicone elastomer, providing optimal vibration protection. A transparent base plate facilitates easy tech inspections.
The 6ALN designed for DIRT Motorsports features a built-in Rev Control fixed at 7,600 RPM. This rev control is designed to safeguard your engine from over-rev damage caused by missed shifts or driveline failure.
