ChemTROL Fill Stations operate on standard water pressure and utilize interchangeable metering tips to ensure precise control over the correct dilution ratio for each chemical. This eliminates the risk of chemical overuse and incorrect dilution by individual technicians. Specifically designed for use with 5-gallon containers or larger, the ChemTROL Bulk Fill Station is wall-mounted and draws from containers positioned on the ground. Offering up to 8 different dilution ratios from bulk containers at two flow rates, this station facilitates spill-free filling of spray bottles at the 1 gallon-per-minute (GPM) setting, while larger containers such as wash buckets are efficiently filled with the 3.5 GPM setting. The dilution ratios range from 4:1 to 200:1, accommodating the proper dilution of various chemicals, from popular surface cleaners to highly concentrated body shampoos.
